Important Information

  • We are open for business at the former Enloe State Bank location in Cooper, Texas. It is our privilege to serve you and we will do our very best to ease this transition.
  • Most importantly, we want to assure you that your FDIC-insured deposits are safe, secure and accessible.
  • Enloe State Bank depositors will automatically become depositors of Legend Bank. Each depositor is insured to at least $250,000 by the FDIC.
  • Your deposits will continue to be insured by the FDIC. There is no need for you to change your banking relationship to retain your deposit insurance coverage.
  • Customers of Enloe State Bank can access their insured deposits by writing checks or using ATM or debit cards. Checks drawn on the bank will continue to be processed.
  • Loan customers should continue to make their payments as usual.

What do I need to do?
You won’t need to make any changes to how you’ve been banking in the past. Please continue to make sure your loan payments are paid on time and that you monitor your savings and checking accounts, just as you’ve always done. We’ll be here for you in branch or by phone, if you need anything. We’ll do our very best to assist you with your needs during this transition. We’ll provide you with information in the future regarding the transition of your accounts to Legend Bank accounts. You’ll be very pleased with the convenience services that are available with Legend Bank!
 
What happens to my accounts and balances?
At this time, you won’t notice much of a change to your accounts and balances. Our goal is to make the transition to Legend Bank as easy on you as possible. You will continue using your checking and savings accounts as well as your checks and debit cards as you currently do and you shouldn’t experience any interruption in service.
 
How do I withdraw cash or make deposits? 
The bank location in Cooper will continue to take your deposits and provide you with cash withdrawals, you’ll
just see the Legend Bank sign out front and our friendly bankers will be around to help with the transition.
 
How do I make my loan payments?
You will continue to make your loan payments in the same manner that you’ve been doing previously. You won’t notice any immediate changes to making your payments.
 
Who do I call when I have questions about my accounts?
Please continue to call the same customer service phone number you have in the past for support. Additionally, you
can stop by the branch for a visit and the bankers will take care of you, as they’ve done in the past.
