Text Banking is the easy way to get all the information you need about your bank account via text. You can check your balance and transaction history, just by sending a text. 

Enrolling in Text Banking
  1. Login to Online Banking 
  2. Go to "Welcome", "All Services & Settings" and click "Mobile Management"
  3. Select "Add Text Banking" and follow the prompts.

We are committed to providing you with the most advanced debit card fraud protection available. To enhance the security of your debit card account and to provide you with a more convenient protection service, all cardholders with a valid cell phone on our system have been enrolled in our new debit card fraud text program. This gives you the ability to receive text notifications of any potential fraudulent transactions on your card as well as the ability to respond back to confirm the transaction is valid. You don't have to complete any extra steps to complete your enrollment.
 
You are able to reply directly to the text with a response of YES or NO as to whether the transaction is valid without having to make a phone call or impact the use of your card if the transactions are valid. The text you will receive will look similar to the following message:
FreeMSG Legend Bank Fraud Center 8772735740 $125.46 on card 1234 at Macy's. If valid reply YES, fraud NO. To Opt Out, STOP.
 
You are able to reply back to this text to confirm if the transaction is valid. If you need help at anytime, please respond back "help".
